Treatment of Uveitis معاملة uveitis

The type and length of treatment will depend on the type of uveitis, its severity and cause.  Some cases will clear up with the use of eyedrops; others may need steroid injections into the eye. نوع ومدة العلاج تتوقف على نوع uveitis ، وسبب شدة. بعض الحالات سيكون واضحا حتى مع استخدام eyedrops والبعض الآخر قد يحتاج الى حقن الستيرويد العين.

Methods of treatment include: طرق العلاج ما يلي :

• Complete eye examination. This is carried out with special equipment at an eye hospital. الكامل بفحص العين. ويتم تنفيذ ذلك مع المعدات الخاصة في مستشفى العين.
• Dark glasses. These should be worn if you become very sensitive to light. نظارات داكنة. وينبغي ان تكون هذه الباليه اذا كنت تصبح حساسه جدا وخفيفة.
• Warm towel. This is placed over the eye to soothe it. حاره منشفه. وهذا هو وضع اكثر من العين الى soothe.
• Eyedrops. If the condition is diagnosed early and treated with eye drops, no loss of vision should occur. Eyedrops. إذا كان الشرط هو الكشف عنه مبكرا وتعامل مع قطرات العين ، وعدم فقدان الرءيه ينبغي ان يحدث. The eye drops dilate (widen) the pupil and prevent the iris muscles from spasm, so that the inflamed iris can rest. قطرات العين dilate (توسيع) التلميذ ومنع القزحيه من تشنج العضلات ، بحيث يمكن القزحيه الملتهبه الراحة. This helps the eye to heal and decreases the eye pain. وهذا يساعد العين على الشفاء ويقلل من الألم العين. Initially, treatment is very frequent (as often as every hour) until the inflammation decreases. في البداية ، والعلاج هو متكررة جدا (كما في كثير من الاحيان وكما في كل ساعة) وحتى التهاب النقصان. Steroid eyedrops will be used frequently at first, and then tapered off. الستيرويد eyedrops وسوف تستخدم كثيرا في البداية ، ثم تناقص. This is to prevent the iritis recurring. وهذا هو لمنع iritis المتكررة.
• Steroid pills or steroid injections to the eye . الستيرويد حبوب او حقن الستيرويد لعينة. These may be recommended in severe cases where eye drops have no effect. ويمكن ان تكون هذه الموصى بها في الحالات الشديدة قطرات العين حيث يكون لها أي اثر. • Other tests . اختبارات اخرى. If the iritis has not been caused by injury to the eye, other tests, such as chest x-ray or blood test, may be done to see if there is an underlying infection. Iritis إذا لم يكن بسبب اصابة في العين ، وغيرها من التجارب ، مثل الصدر بالاشعه السينيه او فحص الدم ، ويمكن ان يتم ذلك لمعرفة ما اذا كان ثمة وراء الاصابة.

The uveitis should improve within two to three weeks. وقد uveitis ينبغي ان تحسن داخل اسبوعين الى ثلاثة اسابيع. Traumatic uveitis (injury to the eye) usually goes away within a week. صدمة uveitis (اصابة في العين) وعادة ما يذهب بعيدا في غضون اسبوع واحد. The sooner treatment is started, the quicker the recovery. وكلما بدأ العلاج ، وأسرع الانتعاش.
