Measles, mumps and rubella are diseases with serious complications:麻疹，腮腺炎和风疹是疾病的严重并发症：

There has been some controversy about the MMR vaccine in recent years, owing to a study published in The Lancet in 1998 by Dr Andrew Wakefield.  His initial study appeared to show a link between the MMR vaccine and autism and/or bowel disease, but subsequent work and other studies have been unable to prove any association with these conditions.有一些争议，关于MMR疫苗，近年来，由于公布的一项研究表明，在柳叶刀在1998年由博士，郑家富韦克菲尔德，他的初步研究似乎显示之间的联系， MMR疫苗和孤独症和/或肠道疾病，但随后工作和其他研究已无法证明有任何关联符合这些条件。
