The Body Mass Index (BMI) is currently the best and most convenient measure of its severity and therefore of the risk to health.身体质量指数( BMI )是目前最好的和最方便的衡量其严重性,因此对风险的健康。

You can work out your own BMI using this calculation:您可以在工作列自己的BMI使用这个公式计算:

  1. Measure your height in metres and multiply the number by itself.衡量你的身高在米乘以人数本身。
