Genitourinary medicine (GUM) is the branch of medicine concerning the male and female sexual organs and the urinary system (that stores and removes urine from the body).  In medical terms, this is known as the genitourinary system.泌尿生殖医学（牙龈）是科医学关于男性和女性性器官和泌尿系统（即存储和删除尿液从体内） 。在医学术语，这也是众所周知的所谓泌尿生殖系统。
