Diagnosis of Ear infection Diagnostic de l'infection à l'oreille
Your GP will usually examine the outside of your ear, and ask about your symptoms. Votre médecin sera généralement examiner l'extérieur de votre oreille, et poser des questions sur vos symptômes. He or she will also use an instrument with a light on the end, called an auriscope (otoscope) to look inside your ear. Sometimes fluid builds up inside the middle ear, but is not caused by an infection. Parfois liquide s'accumule dans l'oreille moyenne, mais n'est pas causée par une infection.
