Treatment of Headache頭痛の治療

Tension-type headaches are usually treated on a self-care basis with relaxation techniques or with over-the-counter painkillers taken at the time of the headache.緊張型頭痛の治療は、通常は、セルフケアの基礎をリラックスさせるテクニックや、市販の鎮痛剤は、時間を取るの頭痛の種です。
